Alphonse Mucha Designs on Cafepress

I was poking around Cafepress and was surprised to find that there isn't an overwhelming supply of Alphonse Mucha inspired designs. Seems to me there is room for more, so I opened up a new store, Alphonse Mucha Art Nouveau (also surprised to find the alphonsemucha username available!).

First up in the new store is this Alphonse Mucha JOB Shirt which is based on Mucha's JOB cigarette papers poster design. Did a lot of cutting away of the Mucha original to leave just the pretty gal and her cig. Then added a simple line border to keep the entire design uncluttered.

Eat Me Said The Cake To Alice Shirt

Yep, that was the line uttered by the sexy hitch-hiker in Stephen King's Desperation, "Eat me, said the cake, to Alice."
Gosh, what a great line I thought. Maybe if I had a t-shirt that said "Eat me, said the cake, to Alice" then I could a have a bond with sexy hitch-hikers. Maybe with such a t-shirt sexy hitch-hikers would find me irresistible.

The Collective's Obama Borg Shirt

Oh yes, the collective loves the new Obama Borg shirt. I haven't polled the entire collective, but I asked one member of the collective and she loves the shirt. So we know that the entire collective loves the Obama Borg shirt. That's the way the collective works. You can argue with that, but that would be...you know...futile.

New John McCain Shirt - Lived In A Box

I'm a lifelong Republican...one of the ultra-right-wing crazies. And I've got to be honest, I wasn't too enthused about this upcoming presidential election...not until Sweet Sarah showed up and got me all politically aroused.
I was watching John McCain's acceptance speech last night and couldn't help but thinking that he is one tough son-of-a-bitch. You survive the depths of hell like he did in that North Vietnam prison and the everyday problems of our domestic lives pale. To bone-white.

I'm still not totally sold on John McCain's politics, but you gotta give the dude props on being one tough hombre.
